Overview
Arena POS & Kiosk System is a system designed for Movie ticket booking. Screens for a Kiosk & POS size were designed to accommodate for more flexibility by administrators and Customers. I was contracted to work on these designs within a quick timeframe. This project was really exciting cause it pushed me to learn more about common design standards for Kiosk & POS apps.

Research
I had a stakeholder interview with the Owner of the cinema brand to gain insights about his customer demography and their pain points so as to design an easy to use solution so as to boost revenue for his brand. Insights were well succinct and properly documented.
Results & Conclusion
The business targets for this solution were met reaching over $4.7M in annual revenue. Feedbacks from customers regarding the Kiosk app for booking a movie ticket was highly positive.
